I deleted the mail profile through the Control Panel.

Throught he control panel, I created a new profile. I create one email
account.

I start outlook, and it never comes up all the way, it winds up at the error
screen.

This is realy bizarre. I'm not sure where to turn. The error screen gives me
no advice (other then urging me to send messages to Microsoft).
