It seems to be inconsistent as to when it will start up without
freezing. It's hard to troubleshoot. I believe it has frozen even with
plugins disabled, but I think it always does startup okay in safe
mode, though.
I have several plugins. The ones it usually asks me to disable are
TechHit SimplyFile, TechHit EZDetach, and Litera Change-Pro, in random
order. I've spoken with the TechHit developer and he claims that just
because Outlook reports a plugin as causing a crash on startup doesn't
actually mean the plugin is responsible.
