our outllook 2003 suddenly received message with bank message body , only
show sender details and subject., need sender re-send again . The sender
using outlook 2003 Eng sending , pls advice how to solve out this error.

After the message is resent, is it complete and readable?
What Operating System is the client using?
If your client is using Internet Explorer, what version?
Is the client using Outlook 2003 or Outlook Web Access 2003?

we used NOD32 antivirus for scannning inbound mail.

we used OS WinxpSP2 / IE 6.0 and outlook 2003 for download external ISP POP3
