Show profiles Btn
It shows a profile? and you added one for 'Her'?
Then selected that profile, properties?

Then click Add at that point and you'll be given a chance to create a new
PST. The Add button is below "Open Folder" and above "Remove".

That brings up "types of storage" and there is nothing there?
Any other idea's

That's where you should see "Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst)"
If this were my PC, I'd be starting over from scratch with the Office
installation.

This was a fresh install, I reformatted and reinstalled everything
