This is a shot in the dark since I don't have access to an Exchange Server
to test this but I think you need to give the other use rights to your whole
mailbox for them to see the other calendar folder.

I know how to do it like this but it's a bit long winded when several
people have to access the calender. Think I'll have to go public
folder route unless someone else has another idea :o)
