How can I assine the password to msoutlook 2003?

If I assine the password to pst then it allows the user to access old readed
mails
without assineing the password.

If you assign a password to a PST, then Outlook won't be able to open
without you supplying the password for that PST, unless you have saved it in
the Windows password list,

What exactly is in this mail profile? Are you using Exchange server? You
haven't given us much information to work with.
