Export Contacts to Central Account

Our company is looking for a way to export contacts from Outlook to a
central account for a cheap CRM if you will.

We want something we can schedule to run nightly.

Anyone know of anything like this with VB or some other language?

Tell us a lot more about your situation. Start with the absolute basics like
what version of Outlook, whether you have Exchange, how users access Outlook
etc. We cannot see over yourt shoulder.

Here are some tips about how to post questions:

Don't exchange clients gather contacts centrally already? That would be
redundant, redundant

We are using Outlook and Exchange 2003. What we are trying to
accomplish it to take all our sales peoples Outlook contacts and
extract them to a centralized account for mass mailings to our
clients. We would like to schedule this to run on a weekly basis to
continuously update the this central account.

Thanks in advance for all your help.

I suggest that you can get your Sales People using ONLY a Public Folder of
Contacts, then you don't have a synchronisation problem at all.

Keep the corporate data in the Public Folders and they can access it from
there. That way you have a single database, never more than 1 version, and
you can set permission levels as required.

I hope that makes sense to you - are you sys admin?
