Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail filter appeared in the "Second Tuesday of the
month" updates. I don't use Outlook, I use Windows Live mail.

After installation, I too noticed that when I opened WLM, it no longer
told me it wasn't the default e-mail client. So, that particular
annoyance seems to have been removed.
