Accessing my email in outlook expres while on vacation

My email address is through my cable company. I use Outlook Express on my
computer at home to open my email. Can I access my email while I'm on
vacation from different computers still using Outlook? Can you give me the
steps to accomplish this task?

About which program are you asking, Outlook or Outlook Express? They're not
the same thing.

How about accessing it through your provider's web based email? There's no
email clients (outlook or outlook express) to setup.
