Hello Mr. Morris.
Sorry, I realize, I asked 3 questions and thank you for answering the 2nd
one.
I also realize that the print queue name is different from the printer queue
name, which I was referring to.
Therefore, my first question is regarding the printer queue names on the
Windows environment, the printer queue names created by administrators.
" Please, what name is used for the server's printer queue name and what's
the purpose of it."
I guess I found the 2nd part of my 2nd question, the purpose of the server's
printer queue name is to resolve the name into the IP address, although I do
not understand how are the A(host) and PTR records entered/updated in the
DNS in an AD environment and if printers use ddns like workstations. On the
other hand, if this printer queue name is to resolve the printer's name into
the IP address why would we experience ghost printers? Don't DHCP and DNS
keep in touch? lol

Hi,
I'm trying to print a list of contacts using the card style print format.
Problem is the size of the box allocated to each contact is fixed and
sometimes it is not big enough to print all the info for the contact. So the
info is truncated.
Is there a way to increase the size of the box so all info associated with a
contact can be printed?
Thanks.

I am having an issue with one system within our network.
We are able to print from Word, Excel and most other applications
When I quick print from Outlook it works fine, but if I click print, the
system locks up. I can do a print preview and I am ok, but if I click print
the it locks up.
AutoCad LT is also having an issue printing.
XP Pro OS w/ SP3 for the operating system.
Any Ideas???

For some reason I can't fathom, Outlook now prints everything in a mirror
mode - it's all back to front. It appeared that Word did it too, but I
found a way to correct that in print setup. Can't find a similar setup
option in Outllok. How did ti happen and how can I fix it? Thanks.

I very infrequently print from Outlook so I couldn't say how long this
problem has existed, but I wanted to print a week of my calendar and I found
that I couldn't print or print preview. When I print preview, the preview
window flashes up and then disappears immediataly. When I print, a spooling
dialog appears and then disappears, and nothing else happens. This happens
regardless of the printer selected.
I'm running Outlook 2007 SP1.
Anyone seen this?

In Outlook 2007, did you know if someone copies a Word document with Track
Changes and pastes into the body of an email message, the Track Changes
disappear when printing or forwarding the message. Do you know why this
happens?

I have users that print emails with tracking info included. A recent update
seems to have changed the way Outlook 2007 prints it. For example, a short
email with the tracking info used to print on one page. Now, the 'tracking'
title prints at the bottom of the page and prints the tracking info on a
seperate page. I have checked all of the Outlook settings, print & printer
settings, and email properties. I don't see any settings that would cause
this. Anyone have any suggestions?
