Using different prefixes dialing out

Hi,

We are using a TAPI connected to our hosted phone system. Working like a
charm from Outlook 2007

Now we need to get billing in place so we need to add a 4-digit code to the
number that needs to be dialed, to make it more complex this number is
variable (different projects). Is there a way within Outlook 2007 to get a
popup which code to dial as a prefix (eg. the project code) I tried using
PINs from Calling cards but these are static, same for prefixes.

The client system we use is based on Windows XP SP3, Outlook 2007 (Office
Professional Plus) connected to Exchange 2007. The TAPI connects to an
external based system, no connection to our Exchange servers

I doubt you'll find an answer in an Outlook group as this is not an Outlook
function at all. All dialing is by the operating system's telephony
software, not Outlook. You need to look into dialing rules or third party
software to accomplish this.
