You left out your operating system, Outlook version and a more clear
description of what you need to do. Why would you not just set each to use
the same data file?

You didn't lose anything. Each Windows user account will use a separate
Outlook profile, each with its own data file. Depending on what you are
trying to achieve, you can place a data file in a location where each user
can access it, and set each profile to use that same file. Are you sure
that's what you want to do? Most of the time separate user accounts are
created to keep data separate.

Thanks for your help Russ! Yes, I want to use only one Outlook profile for
this computer. It is my home computer, my wife and I use it, only us. I
nneded to setup another user account in order to get an upgrade to work, but
deleted the old user account. So if there is a way to find the old Outlook
date and import into the Outlook on the new user profile, please explain how,
having trouble doing it myself...thanks kyle

If you deleted the old user account, did you tell Windows to keep the data?
If so, then the data should still be in that user's folder set.
C:\Documents and Settings\olduser\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook is the default location, but there's nothing magical
about it.

When you deleet a Windows user, you're given the option of retaining the
user's files on disk or deleting the files along with the user. If you did
not choose to retain the files, then they're gone.
