Outlook 2003 notes

I have input notes on several contacts and now cannot access them. Went into
"Help" and was told to go to "Tools" and then "Options" but "Options" is not
listed under my "Tools" menu.

Define "can't access"

Where are you looking for tools, options - on the contact form or outlook's
main window? What was help telling you to do on the options menu?

By "can't access", I mean I cannot find the previous notes I have input into
an individual's contact sheet. Have tried tools, then options on both the
main screen for Outlook as well as on a "contact" screen. The most pertinent
question I found on Help was how to show/hide date on existing notes. After
accessing options it said to go to "advanced options" and select/clear when
viewing notes the time/date. There is nothing on help about even editing
existing notes.

Ok. The date time thingy is for the sticky notes style notes, not notes in
the contact's notes field.

Did you import the contacts? Sync them with a PDA device?

No, the contacts on my computer are not imported, however, there are two of
us who are sync'd using "Share N'Sync" -- when it decides to work correctly.
I have done all the inputting information and it just syncs to my bosses
computer.
