Thanks for the reply. My Oultook version is 2007 as it said in th eheader of
my post. Youa re correct in what you describe - I meant 'SHow this folder as
an email address book'.
I can't find anything about Outlook Address Book Service anywhere - and my
problem is that when all the 'solutions' I have read refer to my 'mail
profile' I am unable to find what they are talking about.
How do I check my 'mail profile'?
