Not all contacts in microsoft outlook are syncronized with my pc

I have an i-mate mobile with windows mobile 5 and when I reset my mobile and
connected it again to my pc to syncronize with all data on microsoft outlook
I found that not all contacts were syncronized but only some of them and the
rest didn't appear on my mobile although it is still available on my mobile.
