How do I import contacts from Windows mail?

I purchased a computer with Windows Vista. Used Windows Mail and the trial
version of Office 2007 for home and students. We purchased Office 2007
Professional and I prefer to use Outlook instead of Windows Mail. I was
successful in exporting my e-mails to outlook, but I am having trouble
exporting my contacts from Windows Mail into Outlook. I really don't want to
have to re-enter all of that information. Can someone please help?

You don't export from Windows Mail, you import from within Outlook.
File-Import and Export-Import Internet Mail and Addresses-Next
Highlight Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x or Windows Mail. UNCHECK the option
to import mail at the bottom. Click Next....
