how do I hide contact information in email address

when I send out an email if the recipient clicks on the "from" or "to" name
or names it opens a copy of my contact card in my address book. How do I
prevent this and keep all information private? Thank you.

You can't. If the user has your information in a saved contact item, it
will always show.

You obviously cannot hide the sender information. You hide other recipients
by using the BCC field.
