I need to retrieve a deleted contact lost via activesync, accidentally
deleted the contacts on the phone and then sycronised and it wiped them from
the PC aswell! -is there anyway to recover these contacts?

Changes made by synchronization are generally not reversible. That's why
anyone who uses synch software creates frequent backups of their data.
Restore from your most recent backup.

Thanks Russ - I have found this out today, checked lots of the forums etc and
got the general disgruntled feel from users of activsync - luckily I have a
backup on my home PC so should be able to get it sorted when next plugged in.
