Does anyone know how to get your contacts to be in alphabetical order by LAST
name in the "TO" box? When I click on my contacts LIST they are in alpha by
last name. But when I open a new email and click on the TO box, they pop up
in alpha by FIRST name and this is making me crazy!!!! How can I fix it?

Go to the Tools menu > Account Settings > Address Book tab > Highlight
Outlook Address Book > Click Change > Choose the File As option
