Any electronic addresses that you have entered in your Contacts Folder will
appear in your address book view. If they are not, then you haven't followed
the instructions correctly. You have not posted enough for us to tell what
you are doing wrong. Check some basics:
1. Have you entered electronic addresses in your Contacts Folder and are
they resolved (underlined)?
2. Are you selecting the correct Contacts Folder to view in the address
book? You may have more than one listed there from your previous
unsuccessful efforts. Make sure you are looking at the one into which you
have entered data.
3. Have you restarted Outlook since creating and designating a Contacts
Folder?
