they arrive. 0 items remaining in 'Personal Folders.' 0 items remaining
across all open mailboxes."
And later entries do show up in a search, so it seems something was wrong
with this entry.
I deleted it and reentered it, with the only difference is I added a zip
code. Then it comes up in the search.
So problem solved, but I'm not sure why.
