This is how they set it up. This is a contact list from Lotus notes and they
want it that it is shared from one user. They setup the delegates and gave
then the correct permissions. However, they want it setup so when you create
a new email, and then you hit "TO" you can goto the contact listing and
select the shared contact list there. However, I noticed a few minutes ago,
that when you goto the conatct properties, the administration tab is greyed
out, or in this case since I added the shared contacts, it's the summary tab.
More specificaly, on the bottom of that tab " Add folder address to:" then
next to it I would choose contacts. But I can not. I'm going to email the
Exchange admin and see if he can enable that option on the server.
