Sometimes the email sent and received are there, it really is an all or
nothing under activities for each contact. Some of the contacts I imported
and I realise I can loose the links if I move things around. It is like it
is not opening the database file. I have all types of activities to be
searched and have cleared these and reentered so as to make sure. I am doing
mail merges from the contacts. As the file is in Word I am linking it back
to each contact
