Activesync 4.5 and Outlook 2003

I have a new PDA ( HP IPAQ Classic 111). I am trying to sync my existing
contacts on Outlook 2003 (desktop) to my new PDA. The Activesync window is
telling me it is syncing but when I check the PDA the contacts are not there.

I was able to successfully load my calendar and tasks.
I have already asked the OutLook people and they suggested to come to this
forum

Any suggestions?
