Why do birthdays & anniversaries expand to 2 days all by themselve

Sometimes when i open my Outlook calendar i find that b'days & anniversaries
have expanded to 2 days all by themsleves. To correct this i have to go into
each series occurrence and then click occurence and then hit okay. This is
okay for a while and then it happens again sometime later. Any hints or
advise?

Usually a mismatch between Windows' and Outlook Calendar's Daylight Saving
Time settings, especially now when you probably patched Windows (via Windows
Update) and not Outlook (with the tzmove patch).

Sorry - but none of this makes sense to me - I do not travel and change my
time zone and I live in Arizona with NO DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME - BOTH WINDOWS
AND OUTLOOK ARE SET TO THE ARIZONA SETTING - birthdays still expand to 2 days
if I set them up as an ALL DAY EVENT. THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!!!!

What is the time period for the 2 days? 12-12 is normal and should not
result in them displaying across 2 days.
