Two Calenders Syncronizing with one Pocket PC?

My Outlook 2003 Calender Syncs with my Pocket PC via Active sync. We just
switched to MS Exchange so now all my Calender entries sync w/ Exchange. I
don't want my Personal entries to go to the Exchange Server, so I generated a
Personal Calender. But now, I can't seem to get the Personal Calender to
sync with my Pocket PC. I'd be greatful for any help!

You can only sync 1 calendar using active sync.
