Can you force the software that is adding them to outlook to add a reminder?
You can't force Outlook to add reminders if the application didn't add them.
You will need to add the reminders yourself. You can use the method in the
video with the Reminder field to set the reminder to yes and with the remind
beforehand time to set the time of the reminder or you can make the change
one item at a time. If you know VBA you can also use VBA to do it but my
method takes a few minutes while writing VBA could take hours if you don't
know how to do it. If you need to do this regularly, you create a custom
view - apply the view, make the changes and switch back to your normal view.
