Outlook won't reopen

Outlook 2007 will not reopen when closed. I have to reboot to be able to open Outlook. The same happens each time Outlook is closed. Sometimes it will not close and requires to be closed through use of the task manager (Outlook is not responding). Outlook is taking between 30-45 seconds to load. All updates and service packs have been installed when notified. Outlook did not have this ...
