Recurring Appointment for 5th Sunday of Month

I want to set a reccurring appointment in Outlook for the 5th Sunday of the
months when that occures. A previous message on this refered to an exteral
link that fails. Is there a way to do this in Outlook 2007?

No, outlook 2007 can't do it. The reason being that everyone would have
different expectations on what happens when there isn't a 5th week one
month.
