I am trying to set something up in Outlook, that within my network everyone
can see whether or not a conference room is booked. i.e. if I want to set up
a meeting in conference room A, but the room is already booked it will be
able to tell me. Or if i want to set it up in conference room B it will do
the same thing. Is this a possibility?? Thank you.

I don't think so. The server helps facilitate the whole thing.

I have installed Exchange server 2003 on our system. Is there a function
that will allow me to have a group calander that the users may book a
conference room so that everyone that has outlook may see that the conference
room is booked at a certain day and time....thank you
