All DST patches were successfully installed on server and PC but....

When clients on Lotus send in appointments the times are showing at our
Outlook end an hour earlier.

Jeetender Liddar makes reference to this issue in Rob Spidle's "Lingering
DST issue: Appointments are an ..."

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Is anyone aware of a solution?
