how to change Week view in Outlook 2007?

I'm trying to change my "Week" view in Outlook 2007, to look like the
Month view (boxes - not hourly grid/day columns); and to look like it does
in Outlook 2003. The grid/column shows too much of empty appointments, and
does not allow me to easily look at the entire week, as the old Outlook 2003
version does.
Please advicse how to make this change.
Thanks.

The planner view is gone from outlook 2007. See
http://www.slipstick.com/Tutorials/2wk_cal/2wk_cal.htm for a workaround.
