Outlook doesn't support such cycles natively. You could do it in Excel and
import it - use the weekday formula. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/everyx.htm for the basic steps needed.
Because you are doing every weekday, the use 1 for the number of days in the
formula.

Before importing, add the day #. After getting the dates, copy and paste
special on the date column to remove the formulas then add 1 -6 to the first
6 subjects, select all 6 and drag to copy.

http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/countdown.htm uses the drag method to fill
in dates and subjects in a series. The copy method is similar, but you
choose copy cells when filling. :)
