Combining Calendars

Date: Sep 17, 2008 05:31

My wife and I both work for the same company (a school system) using Exchange Server. We would like our calendars to be one and show on both of screens. In other words, when she adds an appointment, it just pops up in my Outlook calendar and vice versa. We do some incredible gyrations with a home computer so that her PDA will add my appointments to her calendar and my smart phone will do the same at my desktop.

You really can't share a calendar like that. You can invite each other to
things or delegate access but since you each have separate mailboxes, each
mailbox has a Calendar.
