Color Coding on Monthly Print-outs

Date: Aug 23, 2007 14:10

Can I change colors of block appointments when printing a month view? When
printing, it only shows up as a black bar for a multi-day appointment. Can
this be changed? For example, when showing multiple people out of the
office, I'd like to have different colors in the background of the different
appointments (i.e. travel, vacation, etc.).

What version of Outlook? If you apply color labels or color categories to
the items the color should print... otherwise, no.

I'm in Outlook 2000. You mentioned color labels and color categories (as
have others within this community. Is that something that's in 2000, or did
it come out in later versions? That may also be the answer.

It's a feature in later versions - Outlook 2002 was the first to add color
labels to appointments.
