The reminder appears every day, several times a day. If I try to open,
dismiss or snooze, I get the same reason why it can't be done: "Cannot locate
recurrence information for the appointment." The appiontment time and date
change and are never accurate. Help!

Did you try starting outlook with the /cleanreminders switch?
