A Suggestion:

I normally use my calendar to manage appointments of two different types,
each with an associated list of tasks that must be done prior to the
appointment and a designated intervals. For example, an appointment with Mr.
X on June 23rd would require Task A done on June 16th, Task B done by June
20th, and Task C on June 22nd. These tasks would be the same for Mrs. Y when
I meet with her on June 25th, but the dates would change accordingly. I
would like to suggest that there be some way (perhaps by associating with a
certain category or whatever) to have the task manager auto-generate the
tasks when an appointment of this type is created. So Task A would generate
for 5 business days prior and so on.

I realize that technically there are other software programs that would
manage this a little better, but Outlook is what I have to work with and our
software budget is slim. So, Microsoft - just a suggestion, really.
