To use the Send via email option you need to be logged into that mailbox.
If they just need a document of the calendar, you can create one using
Calendar printing assistant (print to an electronic doc) or a word template
(save as doc or html). See

Hello All

I have tried to save the calendar as a HTM file but in order to send it I
need to send not only the htm file but all all the graphics as well.

Is there any way of saving it as s single file web page or a word document
or some other electronic format directly from OL2007.

Or will I have to install 3rd party software.

Thanks for any help on this matter.

get one of the two word templates from the calendar page - they will make a
nice file for sending.

Or, print to PDF rather than HTML.
