5-Day view layout in Calendar - Outlook 2003

I seem to currently have a permanent layout of 5-days in a rolling week
calendar. In other words, when it's Friday, I see Friday as the first day,
then Sat/Sun/Mon etc.

Someone has asked me how they can get the same layout because currently they
always come into the Calendar as a 1-day view and they have to manually
select the 5-day layout.

Can anyone explain a) how I got this layout to stick and b) what are the
general behaviours of folders/views which allow someone to make a layout
stick? i.e. this could also apply to Contacts etc.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers!

The view you choose should be "sticky" by default; that is, when you choose
a view, Outlook should remember it. If that's not happening, I'd recommend
having the person try the /cleanviews command switch or a new mail profile.
