Hi!

So... sort of a two part question. I have installed BCM in my corporate
enviroment. Office/Outlook 2007, latest edition of BCM, Exchange 2003.

And I am kind of hating life. Aside from frequent crashes and that lovely
'BCM could not complete you last action' message, there are two things that
seem to make the product completely unusable.

When a user applies and Outlook filter to his BCM 'business contacts', to
sort for specific contacts, it seems like this Filter replicates over to
everyone! Is this really how the product is supposed to work? If nobody else
has this problem/solution, please respond anyway so my boss can see what the
story is! I have not been able to get any results on the web for this... so
maybe my install is just messed up.

Also, if somebody has the darned business contacts in business contact
manager open, in phone list view, it refreshes every few moments and scrolls
to the top, causing the user to loose his place!

Maybe my database just got jacked up somehow... any help would be much
appreciated!
