In Customers view (in SBA). Make sure you have "Current View: All" selected
in upper right. This will show you all the Accounts (not contacts) in BCM.
You can then open a contact and click save and close. This "activates" the
contact in terms of SBA. Account created in BCM will show up right away as
long as you view All and not just "Active". hth
