How do I create an HTML email to send out to customers?

I want to send newsletter info by email where the info is embedded into the
email and not an attachment. I have MS Office 2003, Outlook, Word, Publisher
etc. I have made Word doc with Text boxes and picture frames but do not know
how to put these into an email with say an Unsubscribe URL. Using copy is
long winded and the Unsubscribe box does not work. Any help appreciated.

I would suggest a program like Front Page or Expression Web (the new
replacement for Front Page). That will create an HTML document that you can
use in a marketing campaign in BCM. IF you want to customize it for each
person, add merge codes (like First Name or Company) and it will pull the
data from BCM into the newsletter.

HTH,
Lon
