Trying to remove a program directly from the Registry is pretty
delicate and hazardous.
Given the state of your machine, I'd recommend tring to uninstall the
BCM MSI directly with this command:
msiexec.exe /u {B32C4059-6E7A-41EF-AD20-56DF1872B923}
