Creating BCM's Database on a Clustered SQL server

SQL 2005 Enterprise running on Windows 2003 Enterprise confgured as
Active/Passive cluster. Having problems creating the BCM database using the
"Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager: Database Admin Tool"
It is saying that the database service isn't started. It is running.

We were able to creat this database on another SQL box that isn't clusted.
Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Bill

Note that BCM wants its own Sql instance named MSSMLBIZ, listening on
TCP port 5356.

That is not my understand. We have it installed on another SQL box that is
not clustered and there was no MSSMLBIZ installed on that box. The problem
we have is just on the SQL Cluster.
