A quick search of the Template gallery on Office Online shows only 2
entries - both of which are for Word.
You can certainly make a template yourself with some limitations - OneNote
is not intended to be a word processor and as such does not have the
advance formatting features that Word has regarding paragraph formatting
and styles. If you just want to write by hand, you may want to use the TIP
(if you're using a computer which support Tablet features) and insert the
text directly into Word
What I would recommend is to write out your script text freehand, and then
copy and paste the converted paragraphs into a properly formatted Word doc.
Sorry there's not a better suggestion.
