Sketch auto deletes

Date: Jul 7, 2008 18:47

Hello,

When using onenote to sketch, we find that some times the line work deletes
itself after repeatedly sketching in an area to fill in with colour.

Are we triggering and auto delete function or is there a memory issue? There
is no error message and we click the undo button and the sketched line
returns.

Many thanks.

What version of OneNote are you using? Do you have the latest service
packs installed? What operating system?

I found this out the hard way---OneNote recognizes continuous strokes as a
"scratch out" and deletes the entry. (think as if paper napkin notes)

In Options/Pen, there is a box called "disable the scratch-out gesture while
inking" Make sure it is checked, and the problem should go away.

Hope it helps.
