In the proper section of "Tools | Options"

Why would the add-in for saving to PDF be under Options? Doesn't make
sense to me.
As for just the Tools, menu:
The catch-all menu? Nah, add-ins belong in the appropriate menus/tabs.
To see a rant about the Tools menu, read

PDF maker add-in? What do you mean with they removed support? MS has
never provided PDF writing capability before...

Wherelse but there (at least in the present Optios dialog).
Didn't you notice that there is a new item in the list called
"Add-ins"

Could be that this item would be mis-placed there.
But it's sitting there. And it's empty.

My point was: If there is an Add-in and if there is palce wher Add-ins
are listed, the PDF/XPS thingie should show up there.

You could be right in so far.
But then you would have to tell it to the develpoers in order to
resort things.

Oh. Those are options for Add-Ins, not Add-Ins...

Complain to Adobe. It's not Microsoft's fault ;)
