I can't open saved OneNote files. I save my files to a flashdrive, but when I
go to open them OneNote just opens whatever is on the hard drive. For
example, I have the same notebook in OneNote on two different computers. I
change something on a page in that notebook on one computer. Then, I save the
notebook to a flashdrive, and try to open the notebook on my second computer.
OneNote on the second computer just opens what it has in it's own version of
the page, it doesn't show the changes that I saved to my flashdrive version,
even though I am using the file on the flashdrive!! Any ideas?? My problem is
that if I accidentally delete pages on my laptop I can't go back to my backup
version on my flashdrive because OneNote will only open the current version
saved on the hard drive even...

Thanks for the input Bob. I don't however understand what info in that post

Did you see the entry:

"OneNote Notebooks on USB drives and SD cards
Do you want a OneNote notebook synced between two computers but don't have a
network connection between them, or don't want to create a file share? A
simple solution is to store a notebook on a USB drive, an SD card or other
removable media. We specifically designed for this scenario with OneNote
2007."
