I followed the instructions below that Kelvin provided and unfortunately it
didn't work. The one thing I had to do differently was the type of printer I
selected. I didn't have the Fujistsu Breeze 100, so I selected another
Fujistsu model. I was able to add the printer, but when I sent it to print it
would just stay in limbo in the printer's queue.

If anyone has any other potential fixes, please advise.

In the meantime, I'm going to look for the disc and try and reinstall. I
bought the computer with Microsoft Office already installed, so I'm not sure
I have the disc.
