The option to print to OneNote 2007 disappeared from my printer options so I
can no longer import into OneNotes. How do I re-install or re-establish
OneNote as a printer option?

Go to control panel in the start menu. Click on "Add or Remove Programs."
Could also be listed as "Uninstall a program" in Vista. A list of programs
will appear. Select your version of Office, then click Change program. In
the new window that appears, click Repair.

Thanks JW for the tip. Unfortunately, it didn't correct the problem. I went
through the process you described twice, rebooting after each attempt but it
was a no go. I do however appreciate you taking the time to try and help me.
Thanks.

This appears to have happened to most people with OneNote. Microsoft released
a bunch of updates on Tuesday. 9/9 which I think caused it. I intentionally
did not install the OneNote security update for this reason, but this still
happened to me. Also, I know people with both XP and Vista that it happened
too, so I think it is a result of the Malicious Removal Tool which they push
to all Windows OSes. Must have seen the printer as a False Positive. If
anyone has support access to Microsoft, please see if you can get this
information to them.
Also, I would greatly appreciate a solution too!

Thanks for the insight as to what may have caused it. I was killing myself
wondering what the heck I did wrong. I'm on Vista and unfortunately, I don't
have access to MicroSoft support so I'll have to wait if someone can get the
answer.

Could you tell me a bit more about your system configuration? Specifically:
Which OS are you using? Which service pack?
Are you logging on to your computer as a standard user or as an admin?
Is the computer part of a domain administered by an IT deparment, or is
it a home computer?
Do you have any other printers installed? If so, which one is the default?
Is there anything else unusual about your computer's configuration?

Okay I'm not the most techie person, but I think I have all of the answers
you asked for:
Vista Home Premium 6.0.6000
Service Pack 0
It's a home computer
I'm signed on as admin
Yes I have other printers, the default is HP Photosmart 6250 all-in-one
Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 v.12.0.6215.1000
I believe it has standard configuration.
The only thing I'm not sure about is the Service Pack, but that's what it
said when I looked under system detail info.
I hope this is what you need and thanks again for the help!

I for one can only repeat that this never ever happened on any of my
computers (2 desktops and a TabletPC running under Vista and an old
notebook running under XP).
This does not mean at all that I would deny that are these problems.
Obviously it's the most important bugs of all (the storage on remote
computers with SharePoint, WebDAV or just an Internet Server left
aside).

I followed the instructions below that Kelvin provided and unfortunately it
didn't work. The one thing I had to do differently was the type of printer I
selected. I didn't have the Fujistsu Breeze 100, so I selected another
Fujistsu model. I was able to add the printer, but when I sent it to print it
would just stay in limbo in the printer's queue.
If anyone has any other potential fixes, please advise.
In the meantime, I'm going to look for the disc and try and reinstall. I
bought the computer with Microsoft Office already installed, so I'm not sure
I have the disc.
